DATUM, founded in 2009 around a kitchen table, has remained true to their start-up roots as the company doubles and triples in size. Another creative twist to DATUM’s culture is their unique recruiting and interview style. After the traditional resume review and interview process, the top candidates will go through DATUM’s Leadership Training Program (LTP). The LTP is a two-day session of education on new topics and keynote speeches by external advisors. During the session, project scenarios allow the company to judge the candidates’ personalities, teamwork skills, leadership potential and much more. This in-depth process has allowed DATUM to build a strong team.
