Bernard Synnott elected Bâtonnier of Quebec Bar

Fasken Martineau, a leading international business law and litigation firm, announced today that Bernard Synnott was elected President of the Québec Bar Association for 2014-2015. The traditional transfer of power took place Saturday, June 7th, at the Annual Conference of the Québec Bar.

Having previously served as President of the Montréal Bar (2004-2005), Bernard has also served as Vice-President of the Québec Bar (2013-2014). He has been a versatile litigator for more than twenty-five years. His extensive experience has led him to represent clients in the private and public sectors before the ordinary courts and tribunals.
