Fasken Martineau and Notman House strengthen partnership

imageFasken Martineau, a leading business law and litigation firm, is proud to announce that it is consolidating its partnership with Notman House by launching an exclusive onsite technology start-up consulting program. The firm will offer legal services to Notman House tenants.

Once a month, Fasken Martineau will dispatch a team of leading legal experts from its Start-up Program to provide entrepreneurs with a wide range of legal advice to guide them through the challenges they might experience at the starting phase of their business. The consultation program will focus on intellectual property and corporate matters.

« Fasken Martineau has been a partner and a major contributor to the Notman House project since it launched in 2011, » said both Jean-Nicolas Delage and Christian Jacques, partners in the firm and co-chairs of its Start-up Program. « We feel privileged to be a part of the growth of Montréal’s start-up community by partnering with Notman House to provide guidance to innovative business start-ups and help them get investment and customer ready. »

« We’re looking forward to working closely with the Fasken Martineau team. This initiative is truly in the spirit of the type of partnerships we strive for here at the Notman House; creating real connections between experienced professionals looking to offer valuable advice to growing start-ups in the Montréal entrepreneurial community, » said Campus Director, Noah Redler.

The Notman House, Montréal’s « Home of the Web », is a coworking and skill-sharing office space for early stage technology start-ups, innovative entrepreneurs and technology consultants.
